EU/EEA statutory withdrawal
If you are an EEA consumer buying online, you generally have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to support@originalpatches.com before the deadline. You then generally have 14 days to return the goods.

Return condition and hygiene
You may inspect goods only as you would in a shop and can be responsible for diminished value caused by unnecessary handling. Do not open or use patches you intend to return. A statutory exception for sealed goods may apply after unsealing only where returning them is genuinely unsuitable for health protection or hygiene under applicable law. This does not affect remedies for faulty, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the consumer pays direct return postage unless we agree otherwise or failed to disclose this responsibility. Request instructions before shipping. Refund timing
For a valid withdrawal, we reimburse amounts required by law, including the original standard-delivery charge, within 14 days after receiving notice. We may withhold reimbursement until goods arrive or you provide evidence of return. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without fees imposed by us.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
Consumers retain all mandatory conformity rights. For goods purchased in Portugal, the professional is generally responsible for a lack of conformity that appears within three years of delivery. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination and refund, without charge. Consumers elsewhere retain any mandatory protection applicable to their purchase.
Commercial guarantee
Any satisfaction guarantee expressly shown on a product page operates in addition to—never instead of—the statutory withdrawal and conformity rights above. Its specific duration and conditions will be stated with the relevant offer.
