Destinations and restrictions
Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. We may be unable to ship certain products to destinations with import, product, carrier, sanctions, or address restrictions. Acceptance of an order does not override applicable law.
Processing and delivery estimates
Our current standard delivery estimate is 13–17 days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless explicitly agreed. We will contact you about material delays. EU mandatory rights concerning delivery within the agreed time or, where none is agreed, within the applicable statutory period remain unaffected.
Charges
Orders of €60 or more currently qualify for free standard shipping. For smaller orders, the checkout displays the applicable rate before payment. The amount shown at checkout forms part of the order total.
Taxes, duties, and customs
Checkout displays taxes calculated for the supplied destination based on our configured rates. Unless checkout expressly states that import charges are included, a destination authority may impose duties, handling fees, or taxes. Never accept undisclosed additional charges that contradict the final checkout representation; contact us if a carrier requests an unexpected payment.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking is provided when available. Customers are responsible for a complete and accessible address. Risk passes according to mandatory consumer law—generally when the consumer or nominated recipient takes physical possession, rather than merely when we hand goods to our carrier.
Missing or damaged parcels
Contact support@originalpatches.com promptly with the order number and evidence. We will investigate with the carrier and provide remedies required by applicable law.
