1. Seller and contract

A contract is formed when we accept your order and send confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for stock, pricing, fraud-prevention, legal, or delivery reasons and will refund any collected payment.
2. Products and responsible use
We aim to describe products accurately, but screen colours and packaging can vary. Wellness patches are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Read the label and instructions, stop use if irritation occurs, and consult a qualified professional when pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a condition, or buying for a minor. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory product-safety or product-liability rights.
3. Prices, tax, and payment
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. The final checkout total includes applicable tax and disclosed shipping charges based on the delivery location. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
4. Delivery
Delivery areas, estimates, charges, customs information, and risk of loss are explained in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Mandatory consumer remedies for late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
5. Cancellation, returns, and faulty goods
Consumers in the EEA generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right after receiving goods, subject to lawful exceptions. Details, the model withdrawal wording, return costs, and refund timing appear in our Returns and Refund Policy. EU consumers also retain the minimum legal guarantee for non-conforming goods. Commercial promises never replace mandatory rights.
6. Promotions and acceptable use
Promotions may have separate eligibility and expiry conditions and cannot be combined unless stated. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, scrape protected content, or use the service unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, photography, packaging, and designs belong to us or our licensors. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted; other reproduction requires written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer remedies, or product liability. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
9. Governing law and complaints
Portuguese law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact us first at support@originalpatches.com. EU consumers may also use a competent certified alternative dispute-resolution body; the former EU ODR platform was discontinued in 2025.
10. Changes
The terms in force when an order is accepted govern that purchase. We may update these website terms prospectively and will publish the revision date.
